Scott Frazier

Scott Frazier joined the Lee & Associates Los Angeles- Long Beach office in January 2017. Prior to Lee & Associates, Mr. Frazier was the Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Orange County office. Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Frazier has represented numerous property owners and major corporations. Mr. Frazier’s sterling reputation and commitment to excellence has won him the opportunity to represent many large organizations, landlords, and tenants. He specializes in office leasing, user and leased investment sales, and tenant/buyer representation. Prior to his tenure at NGKF, Mr. Frazier was a senior associate at CB Richard Ellis and began his real estate career at NAI Matlow-Kennedy Commercial in 1988.
