In April 2010, Mr. Aguirre joined Lee & Associates as an Associate in the South Bay. His previous years were spent at the Blair Commercial Real Estate and Eddy Properties in Long Beach, California. Mr. Aguirre gained his first few years of experience in the industry at INCO Commercial.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate, Mr. Aguirre is working on his membership as a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Upon completion, he would join an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries.
