Tim Sullivan

Tim Sullivan is a Principal at Lee & Associates. He specializes in the representation of office landlords and tenants in the Los Angeles and Orange County markets. He also assists local entrepreneurial companies and multi-national corporations in their search for appropriate facility relocations, acquisitions and dispositions, and renegotiations of existing lease terms. Tim focuses his attention on the marketing, leasing and sale of mid and high-rise office properties, business and office parks, mixed-use projects and multi tenant buildings/commercial investments.

Tim joined Lee & Associates in 2008 and spent five years at Grubb & Ellis. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Tim spent several years as a corporate sales executive in the Telecom and Sports Entertainment industries.
