Shaun McCullough, CCIM, SIOR

Mr. McCullough co-founded the Lee & Associates Long Beach office in October 2009. Prior to that, he spent 7 years at the Charles Dunn Company where he led a four-person team focused on tenant representation and agency assignments.

Currently, he co-leads the Office Services Group who represent local and regional ownerships throughout greater Long Beach and West Orange County. His primary focus includes the repositioning of under performing assets for Landlords, site selection and lease negotiations for office and medical users, value-add and user acquisitions, and sales of leased investments.
